About Adam Mazen Wadi.

Entrepreneurship. Ideas into action.

Adam Mazen Wadi is an entrepreneur whose background spans business consulting, hospitality and education. From March 2017 to February 2020, he worked with Wadi Business Consulting on strategic planning, scalability, leadership development, sales and marketing. These fieldnotes explore the practical questions involved in testing ideas and building a business.

Earlier training and teaching roles with MEGT, William Blue College of Hospitality Management and Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School provide context for his interest in service delivery, customer experience and team capability.

This is a space for founders and business builders across markets. The focus is on ways to think and work: understand a customer’s problem, test an assumption, design a useful offer and give people the clarity to deliver. Local market conditions still matter; an idea that works in one setting should be tested in the next.
